About your presenter:

Thera Pearce is an experienced K-12 educator and coach in special education, literacy and mathematics. Over the last 25 years, Thera has served in multiple capacities as a special education teacher, district instructional coach, digital learning educational consultant, instructional designer, and professional learning manager.

Thera is a life-long learner with a passion for supporting elementary educators in providing evidenced-based practices. She spent her early college career pursuing English at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She earned a BS, in Special Education from Greensboro College with a certification in K-12 Mental Handicaps and Learning Disabilities.
