Diversity, Equity, and Sustainability

At ORIGO Education, we believe that diversity, equity and sustainability add value to everything we do.

In 2020, ORIGO Education formed the Diversity, Equity, and Sustainability Working Group. The group’s members work in the United States and Australia, across a range of teams, and share perspectives to improve practices at ORIGO. Their work furthers our commitment to proactively cultivate a welcoming and inclusive workplace.

With this objective in mind, the team works alongside the whole business to attract diverse candidates, share insightful internal learning, develop inclusive and sustainable products and practices, and to actively seek certified diverse suppliers.

Our Commitments:

ORIGO celebrates success within the team, and actively recognizes the substantial contribution we make to the lives of teachers and students globally. We regularly seek internal company feedback to make ORIGO a workplace we are proud of.

Our Products and Processes

Our professional learning covers a multitude of contexts and topics, including training that helps the team gain new skills for living in a diverse world. At ORIGO Education, we take initiative to solve problems creatively. We look for new perspectives, and actively search for better ways of working to incorporate into our practices.

Our Partners

We seek suppliers who echo our belief in diversity, equity, and sustainability. ORIGO Education works to create mutually beneficial business relationships with diverse suppliers that strengthen the communities in which we operate. We are committed to developing mutually beneficial relationships with small, minority-owned, women-owned business enterprises. The Diversity, Equity, and Sustainability Working Group identifies and encourages all departments to explore opportunities with diverse suppliers.
